Events Calendar Submission Policy

Events are reviewed and approved by the Office of Communications before appearing on the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Events Calendar.

All approved events that appear on the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Events Calendar are publicly visible.

Only events sponsored by ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ will be approved. These include:

  • ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ events
  • Faculty events and lectures
  • Student-sponsored events
  • Staff events
  • On-campus 5C events
  • 5C intercollegiate events

Events that will not be approved include:

  • Events on campus not sponsored by ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ such as outside conferences and meetings
  • Personal events
  • Events with incomplete details

If the venue or organizer you need does not appear on the list of choices, or if you have any questions or corrections, please contact prweb@pitzer.edu.
